How PM Edge Works

Over six live sessions on Zoom, I walk you through building an AI system for leading your projects, using whichever AI tool your company allows. You build it on an initiative you're running right now, one area at a time, and put each piece to work as we go. When the program ends, the system stays with you and works on every project that follows.

Six Focus Areas, One System

Each area builds on the one before it. Here's what you'll do in each and how it helps you.

  1. Foundation. You give your AI tool the context it needs about you, your organization and your project, so its answers fit your work from the first request.
  2. Stakeholders. You map the people on your project, including who has to agree and what matters to each of them, and use AI to plan how to bring each one along.
  3. Meetings & Communications. You set up AI to draft your meeting prep, notes and follow-ups, which cuts the time you spend getting ready and catching up afterward.
  4. Weekly Execution. You build a weekly routine where AI pulls together status, schedule and budget, and your job becomes reviewing it.
  5. Risk. You use AI to question your plan, spot what could go wrong and keep your risk log current.
  6. Strategic Advisor. You bring it all together into leadership briefings that open with your recommendations, with your prep time spent on the thinking behind them.

    I update the system and lessons as AI tools and best practices move forward, so what you learn reflects what works best today.

About Jeff Maldavir

I'm Jeff Maldavir. I've led complex initiatives for more than 20 years, for organizations like Blood Cancer United, JPMorgan Chase and Reebok, and I've taught project leadership to more than 1,600 learners. I hold PMP, CSM and CSPO certifications. PM Edge grew out of the systems I've built for leading projects with AI. I happen to use Claude, and everything I teach works in other AI tools as well.
